COVID-19

ShotRock Productions ownership / management team have all completed Covid Compliance Officer Training and Certification. Our onsite crew chief/steward is in charge of compliance for our crews the entire time they are on a job site. We not only follow all CDC recommended procedures, but we also exceed them by providing new masks for every event, we provide hand sanitizer and implement procedures that help prevent the spread of COVID-19. Here are our current procedures:

COVID-19 PROCEDURES

We are committed to the health and wellbeing of all our team members and all those that we work around. Due to COVID-19 ShotRock Productions has implemented new operating procedures that MUST BE FOLLOWED AT ALL TIMES.

The following procedures will be implemented immediately and will be in effect until further notice.

  • Temperature Checks before starting work
  • Face Coverings required during all working hours (new mask provided at beginning of shift and after meal breaks)
  • Social Distancing practiced at all times when possible
  • Hand Sanitizer provided and used frequently
  • Pre-Confirmation Questionnaire

Temperature Checks

Before the start of any shift the lead/steward will be required to use a contactless infrared thermometer to check the temperature of all ShotRock Employees on a job. If the temperature scan results are 100.4 degrees or higher, the employee will be asked to isolate in a cool place for 15 minutes and then be rescanned. If the second scan returns a result of  100.4 degrees or higher, the employee will no longer be eligible to work that shift and will be required to leave the job site.  ShotRock Productions will then replace that employee.

Face Coverings

A face covering is required to be worn during any working hours. ShotRock Productions will provide a disposable mask at the start of every shift for every employee, and supply a new mask after every meal break.  The face covering must cover both mouth and nose at all times.

Social Distancing

At all times possible employees of ShotRock Productions should practice social distancing, standing or sitting a minimum of 6 feet (2 meters) away from the closest person . We are aware that by the nature of the industry it will not be possible at times (such as a team lift or loading/unloading trucks) but whenever possible, it should be practiced at all times possible on a job.

Hand Sanitizer

Hand sanitizer should be used frequently. ShotRock Productions will either provide a personal bottle of sanitizer or provide a large pump style sanitizer before the start of every job. PLEASE use the sanitizer frequently to help reduce risks.

Breaks

During on-the-clock breaks all of the above procedures must be followed. If a break from wearing a mask is needed, employees will be required to go outdoors and practice social distancing of a minimum of 6 feet, preferably more. For provided meals, HAND WASHING / SANITATION WILL BE REQUIRED BEFORE EATING. Also, please be sure to sit as far away from others as possible as masks cannot be worn while eating.

Pre-Confirmation Questionnaire

Before any employee is confirmed for a job they will be asked to complete a questionnaire.  The questions will include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Have you traveled internationally in the last 2 weeks
  • Have you been in contact with anybody with Covid-19 in the last 2 weeks
  • Have you had symptoms of Covid-19 in the last 2 weeks
  • All of these questions must be answered HONESTLY.
